Améa Nettle-Infused Oil helps soften and condition the skin, leaving it feeling smooth, supple and comfortably moisturised. Its naturally rich texture is particularly suited to skin that feels dry or needs a little extra care.
The oil has a natural, earthy aroma that comes from the ingredients themselves. There is no added fragrance to perfume or disguise it, and nothing unnecessary. Just Irish nettles and organic extra virgin olive oil, brought together slowly and left true to their natural character.
Améa's nettles are hand-picked on our certified organic family farm in North Leitrim, carefully dried and cold-infused over several weeks. No heat. No rushing. A considered approach to skincare, beautifully uncomplicated.
Independently safety assessed and laboratory tested. In testing using human skin-cell models, their oil showed reductions in two markers associated with the skin’s inflammatory response, supporting the oil’s use to help soothe and calm the skin. This has also been reflected in use, with testers reporting relief from dry, itchy and irritated skin.
