Bairbre from Lichen Ceramics makes the most beautifully coloured mugs in heather, lichen, blue and pink the tones are earthy and natural and her ceramics are so well made that Shells Café in Sligo use them as their every day tableware.   As Bairbre eschews wasteful packaging it is so easy to pick a “Celtic Set” one of each colour or one of each type, cappuccino, tea, coffee so the choice is yours.  Dishwasher safe, tried and tested by our staff these cups are made to last a lifetime.

Handcrafted Bowls and Boards made locally by Roy Humphreys from sustainably sourced wood are the ideal for a natural aesthetic in your kitchen.  Hard wearing and made to last they also make for a perfect gift for Christmas.   Why not incorporate one of Roy's beautiful cheese boards with a selection of Irish cheeses and chutneys, the food won't last long but the cheese board will be used time and time again!  Roy also makes a beautiful nest of tables and the craftsmanship has to be seen to believed, these are pieces of furniture made to last from one generation to the next.

We have a wonderful selection of lamps in store each offering a different style aesthetic from minimalist glass Dodecahedron lamps handmade by Alison of Wildbird Studios, a master of her craft.  Wooden lamps from Roy Humphreys that lend to a more natural design aesthetic and contemporary concrete lamps inspired by Brutalist Architecture from Kaiko Studios. 

For a quirky and original piece for your home Wildbird Studios have a selection of handmade glass terrariums, in copper or black that make a bold statement in your home.  Perfect for dried flowers. Kaiko Studios also have a selection of unique concrete interior décor with their wabi sabi inspired pieces, imperfect yet beautiful.  Bringing Wabi Sabi into your home will serve as a kind reminder to be content with what you already have, without constantly yearning for more.
